In Mind, temptation is an Idea; that the temptation (Desire) is full of joy, happiness, taste & that it is beatiful & satisfying. I must go for it now !!
In Reality, temptation is an Orange which is Dry inside; but beautiful outside, from a distance.
The entire world of Buisness rests on the ground of this One Idea- Temptation.
Without temptation, there is no buisness; Literally, No Buisness.
From selling water to Airplane, its about temptation.
At this point i believe, Comfort is another word for temptation.
People, who actually need the products available, are perhaps 1%.
Rest of them buy, because they gave in to their temptation.
Architecture is no exception, it is about learning to engineer temptation of nature, space, materials ....
Nature & space are the primary cravings, Material defines the rich from poor.
Craving creates an excitement, an urge to achieve the desired element.
without craving, life would be dull; there is no doubt about it.
a form of craving leads to destruction.
another form can lead to a beautiful & creative environment; where everybody is happy, healthy, satisfied & working towards achieving clean & great joy.
Is only clean & positive joy possible ? is it boring without crime ?
crime is never good but life needs a little bit of spice to complete itself.
That means, there should be balance between Positive & Spicy desires.
Its allright if i have Positive as well as Negative desires as long as Positive exceeds much more than Negative.
I still dont feel right about my Negative emotions. Am I a Perfectionist ??
I must FOCUS on the Positive Desires, whenever i get to make the choice.
It keeps the Guilt & other Connected Negative Emotions Away.
